What Is MAA?
Definition: nvs. Accustomed, used to, knowing thoroughly, habituated, familiar, experienced; to adapt; custom, habit. Hoʻomaʻa - To practice, gain experience or skill, become accustomed.
Our Purpose
The aim of the MAA is to promote, direct, supervise, and regulate cultural athletic programs in which participants receive cultural education, training, and the opportunity to excel on and off the field.
Cooperate closely with schools and communities in the development of cultural athletic programs
Promote the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play in all athletic contests
Enacts policies and guidelines that safeguard the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual welfare of participants

Our Services
Athletic Programs
We offer to Organize and Officiate a Championship Series competition in traditional Hawaiian games (Ulu Maika, Moa Pahee, etc.) for boys and girls.

Student Services
We will conduct several programs through which schools, student-athletes, administrators, coaches, officials and other individuals are recognized

Coaches & Officials
Coaches and Officials receive support, training, and evaluation in order to provide fair and safe coaching and officiating services.
